Your agreement with OKHub

OKHub is operated by Lucas canary, trading as OKHub. Your agreement for use of the service is with Lucas canary. By creating an account or continuing to use OKHub, you accept these terms. You must be of legal age and authorized to represent any business on whose behalf you act.

The marketplace

OKHub helps clients discover Oklahoma companies, choose companies to link with, and discuss projects privately. Providers are independent, not OKHub employees. Clients and providers are responsible for their service contracts, prices, scheduling, licensing, insurance and work quality. Unclaimed listings do not imply participation or endorsement. Public ratings are attributed to their sources and may change; listings and ratings are not an OKHub guarantee of credentials or workmanship.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep information accurate and credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, interfere with security, probe systems or scrape without authorization, evade access limits, impersonate businesses or access another person’s private information.

Membership and payments

Company membership costs $40 USD per month, plus applicable tax, and renews monthly until canceled. Cancel through Manage billing in your company account; access continues through the paid period. Valid founding invitations provide lifetime free membership to their designated recipients, subject to these terms. Test purchases do not activate live membership or unlock client information.

Payments and subscription billing are provided through Stripe. Where checkout uses full compliance handling, Stripe acts as Merchant of Record and handles transaction-level tax, fraud, disputes and billing support under the payment terms shown at checkout. Bank statements may show LINK.COM alongside our statement descriptor. Lucas canary remains responsible for OKHub accounts, directory services and product support.

Contact Okiehub@gmail.com for membership support and refund requests. Our Refund Policy applies without limiting statutory rights. We do not process payment for work purchased from independent contractors.

Intellectual property and content

Lucas canary retains ownership of OKHub’s software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your account and membership. You retain rights to your content and grant us permission to host and process it solely to provide the service. Upload only content you have rights to use. Report infringement to Okiehub@gmail.com; we may remove disputed content and suspend repeat infringers.

Availability and termination

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated policy violations. Contact us about resolving a restriction or requesting your data. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
