Membership refunds
Lucas canary, trading as OKHub, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on OKHub membership purchases. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, including for a change of mind. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. This period does not limit your statutory rights.
Request a refund
Contact Lucas canary at Okiehub@gmail.com with your account email and order details. You may also use the transaction support link on your payment receipt where available. Do not email card numbers or passwords.
Cancel renewal
Use Manage billing in your company account. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. Access continues through the paid period unless a refund or another applicable condition ends it earlier.
Independent provider services
This policy covers OKHub membership, not work purchased directly from independent companies; contact the provider about refunds for their work. Sandbox checkout is for testing and makes no real charge.
